Because we are committed to the health and safety of our Pets who are visiting My Petropolis, animals with fleas will not be permitted to enter the facility.  We are sorry for any inconvenience, but as a pet owner you understand we recommend you consult with your veterinarian regarding treatment.  Once treated and eliminated we can provide your pet with the service(s) you desire.

Doggie Daycare is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 7pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

We require our adult dogs vaccines to be up to date, which should include DA2PP (Distemper, Pavouirus, Parainfluenza), bordetella and the rabies vaccine, the animal should be spayed or neutered, on flea prevention, and to pass an assessment prior to starting daycare with us.

We recommend puppies start daycare at 12 weeks of age, after their second set of vaccines has been administered.

This set of vaccines should include a DA2PP booster and the Bordetella vaccine. We advise our puppies to start attending daycare before they reach maturity. We want all of our dogs to be able to socialize and interact with other dogs before any unfavourable behavioural issues develop. However, once they do reach maturity, 6 months of age, they need to be neutered or spayed.
