Meet the Team!
Gillian Orsini is our senior groomer.
She has vast experience in doing breed specific clips, as
well she specializes in all cat cuts.
Having worked alongside Svita and Amber at our previous
animal hospital, Gillian has been apart of the My Petropolis team from the very start.
Gillian’s previous experience working at the animal hospital, as a veterinarian assistant, has gifted her with many skills, along with a strong love and compassion for the wellbeing and care of all animals. She is able to notice, detect and assess various ailments that may arise in your pet.
Gillian has three very loved mischievous feline companions, as well as a 2 year old American Bulldog she rescued named Midge.
She has truly enriched our My Petropolis team!
Christine has been with the My Petropolis family for a little over two years.
She started off as one of our knowledgeable animal care specialists and is now one of our newest Pet Stylists.
She graduated from Sheridan College with an Animal Care Certificate in 2014 and completed her Grooming Certification in 2017.
Christine is a passionate and caring pet advocate.
She has worked alongside and helped animal shelters and pet rescues.
She has her own two ‘fur babies’ Casper an American Bulldog, and Kato her foster fail!!!
Alyssa is one of our experienced Animal Care Specialists.
She came to us as one of our High School Students in the Cooperative Education Program. During this time, her great work ethic, ability to work well with others, and her tremendous affection and care for the wellbeing of all animals really shined through.
After she completed the program she joined our My Petropolis team.
Alyssa is aspiring and working towards becoming a professional dog trainer and wants to focus on agility training.
She is also the proud mom to her German Shepherd Sky!
Csilla is our newest member of the My Petropolis Family.
She came to us with previous animal care experience, working as both a grooming assistant and an animal sales associate.
She has completed a Pet Health and Nutrition Course from the University of California Davis and is currently completing an Art Foundation Certification at Humber College.
Csilla has a strong understanding and deep connection to all animals. She has been really great at forming a bond
with all of our existing longtime dogs, treating them as if they were her own.
Csilla is also the proud Mom to her energetic, adventurous Mini Dachshund, Abigail!
